East Marion Waterfront Residence

Before and Afters: Of this major makeover of a summer waterfront cottage into a lovely year round retirement home. This project had some serious lot coverage restrictions and to get the space needed the only way to increase the living space was to go up. Rob was able to give them the room they requested while adding the light and air with the correct placement of windows and doors to maximize the view while still providing the privacy needed for its proximity to neighbors.
